Remember if your girl gets pregnant and she's only 13, her body isen't all the way developed and she'll have high risk pregnancy and she'll most likely have a pre-mature baby. You'd be a dad for the rest of your life, you have to feed it, hold it, love it........you wouldn't be able to do the things you do now. your life would be changed. Think about the baby screaming in the middle of the night and you having to wake up and take care of it. Some nights when the baby won't stop crying and you don't know what to do..............think about that when you go to have sex. is that what you want? your a kid yourself and when you have a child your not raising a child.....your raising an adult.

yes- it is more if the girl is old enough to menstruate as to whether she can get pregnant though. when a boy reaches puberty, testosterone causes him to produce sperm- when a boy is capable of producing sperm then he is able to impregnate a viable female

depends....have u hit puberty? I'm 14 and most boys my age have hit puberty but wen I was 13, they hadnt. Most did this year but still, not sure if tehy can get girls pregant. It basically depends on how u mature.
