It's a weird thing for me because I do like barbecue, especially barbecued ribs, but they have to be beef...no pork here...deathly allergic. There's something in the meat that I can't digest properly and just sends me into an attack every time. I can eat the fat from it because it's clarified, but only when it's clarified.
I know, I know...you think I am missing out on a lot, but it's cool, really. I still eat bacon, turkey bacon and I can eat beef ribs.
