That is COOL! I really had to struggle to make my foot not change direction.
There was a time when I couldn't pat my head and rub my stomach (or vice versa.) I'm a musician. One day I was able to do a thing musically that made me have to separate one hand's movement from the other - completely. I tried that very night to pat my head and rub my stomach and for the first time in my life - it worked. I'm going to continue working on this foot/hand thing that you described. I wonder what exactly kicks over in one's brain if one can separate the two movements. Hmmm...

This is mind bogging indeed.
Try this too.
1. Draw a triangle in the air with your left hand.
2. Draw a circle in the air with your right hand.
It is difficult to do, as one or the other starts drawing something else. But i heard that if you want to be a conductor in a orchestra or something, then sometimes you have to practise things like that.

for my area mine's bottled so as that absolutely everyone may have a touch loopy with their dinner. frequently in spite of the actuality that it is concepts boggling (an English time period for some thing supernatural) and emotions are bottled, or in some aspects of the country jacketed.

wow, it worked, but once I knew that the direction of my foot changed, the next time I tried it again, the direction kept clockwise....so this only works when you're not aware that the foot direction is to change, i guess

Baaaa----my husband and I are sitting around trying to do it...we are laughing our butts off right now.
Totally going to use this at the office. There's nothing you can do about it. This is brilliant.
