Neosporin, definitely. Chap stick can help prevent chapped lips, but once they're chapped, it'll just make them worse. Chapped lips is like having little cuts, they're red and unsmooth right? Neosporin all the way, I promise! Apply enough to put a coat covering the chapped areas, never goopy. Right before you go to bed after brushing your teeth works wonders, and if your lips are bad enough, use it in the daytime also. Right after you brush your teeth in the morning.

You must live in a dry climate. I live in Texas and don't usually have a problem with chapped lips, but when we went to Colorado, my lips got really chapped. If you think you're keeping yourself well hydrated with drinking plenty of water and other liquids, then that shouldn't be the problem. Maybe it's genetic, just not enough oils in the skin/ lips. I bought some cherry lip balm made by Nivea at the drug store that I really love. Another one of my favorites is Lip Smackers Dr. Pepper.

Forget going out and buying some expensive crap that won't work. Instead, at night when you go to bed, coat your lips with vaseline. Coat them good. By morning it will be all soaked in and your lips will be nice and moisturized! Also, make sure you are drinking enough water. Sounds wierd, but that will help cut down on the chapping. Try the vaseline, it works!!

I use Blistex fruit smoothies chapstick. If you put it on at least a few times a day pretty soon you won't have chapped lips anymore and your lips will be really soft.
They come in really good flavors and aren't expensive. You can get them at almost any drugstore or grocery store.

well.. in the shower put petroleum jelly or even chapstick on your lips. when you are done simply get a rag and wipe them off(takes gross skin off) If you take a shower at night... in the morning just take a toothbrush and scrub your lips. May I suggest Neutrogena lip gloss? It works very well and shines beautifully. Put some gloss on your bottom/top lip and rub it in. add A LITTLE more if wanted.

You should try Neosporin Lip Treatment, it works really well, and I always use Bert’s Bees chapsticks which I get at Walgreens.

chapstick...i LOOOOVE chapstick...its my faaavorite!!! it prevents chapped lips for me all year round...you basically apply liberally until you feel like your lips are moisturized enough...as long as its used everyday..its very effective...try not to cake it on though, it can start to taste gross and look weird if you do...two or three run overs should be ok for your lips...and remember...wear it everyday!!!
