Problem opening a video??

My friend sent me a video to my email that she made , but I have a difficult time to open it. I am trying to use my windows media player, real player and none of these files can play the video. How can I view the video or change its format so that I can see it????

you can't it probably has a virus. delete it

It would help if you said what format the video is in!
Try Quicktime player if it is a mod file.
Or Divx if it is a Avi.

i do have the same problem,i just dont know why?sorry i cant helpe!
