Where Can You find a Waterstone or A Blue Shard in Pokemon Emerald?

i need to evolve my wailmer (lvl.36) into a wailord

in order to evolve the wailmer into a wailord, you need to get to level 40. a waterstone won't do ANYTHING to wailmer

there was the spot near the guy that takes the shards and turns them into stones, you can dive near him to get ONE (1) shard of each color. wild clamperl sometimes hold blue shards, a 5% chance (1 in 20 chance)

yumi's right u don't use a water stone on wailord but if u have the exp share item give it to wailord 2 let it level up fast to it's level 40

you dont use a Water stone to evolve a Wailmer, it evolves at level 40^-^

they are both right but if you still want to know where the blue shards are at there at the bottom of the sea so you would have to dive and find them there are not that hard to find .
