After she has had the baby, give her plenty of time to heal before attempting sex. If she heals up properly, things will go well for the rest of your lives together. If you do things too soon, it might just irritate sensitive areas so that it takes a long time to heal. Don't even let her think for a moment that you are impatient for that. It is a sweet reward to wait for everything to be better. Another bonus is that it gives you guys an opportunity to show love in other ways- a characteristic that will help you throughout your relationship. I really hope that all goes well for you, and that since it sounds like you really love her that you are able to get married and have a family.

having sex during pregnancy is perfectly safe unless otherwise stated by the OB for medical reasons. It's safe the entire time though you may find that later her belly gets in the way of some positions

It is safe the entire 9 months, unless she has complications & the doctor tells her to stop. Most women stop having sex between 8 & 9 months because it becomes very uncomfortable

You can probably have sex while she is pregnant. Though check with her doctor first to be sure because she might be a high risk. If it's ok, then you two can have sex right up to the water breaking. You'll just have to be creative about positions.

My books agree with what everyone here is saying EXCEPT:
YOU CANNOT HAVE SEX AFTER THE WATER BREAKS. Up until then, it is a comfort issue for the momtobe. But do NOT have sex "up until the baby comes out"!! :)
