This too shall pass. It's OK to let your thoughts and feelings be known about someone and now the secret is out.
Part of growing up, is learning who is and who is not safe to share things with. But in this case, just go back to school and know "that boy" now knows how you feel about him. If he's interested, he'll let you know. If he's happy with his present g/f, she'll let you know that too. (Back off girl)
Frankly, there will come a time in life where what others think, is not everything. We do eventually learn to make choices w/o others approval. That's part of growing up and learning to become independent. Of course, sometimes we make bad decisions and wind up with "hoof in mouth"
issues too. That too, is all part of growing up.
"If we want to make a cake, we have to break a few eggs huh?"
Just take it in stride as this issue is really like a tiny flea on the big elephant of life. The little mistakes we make now, can save us from much bigger mistakes and consequences later in life.

First you must get over the embarrassment! Don't trust that it is him who is in fact IMing you, she may be doing it or is there while he IM's you. Just be nice and brief during conversations. Keep busy and try to forget about it. If he and his GF break up, you have the advantage that he knows already that you like him.

There is nothing wrong with you having a crush on him, or with him knowing about your crush at least now you don't have to worry with, " will he ever know I like him" I hope this makes sense to you. Just don't let on that it is a real big crush around his gf cause then she might dog ya.

I see it this way. . .you have a crush on someone, and he has a girlfriend. So long as you're not being all devious about it and taking him from her, they should shrug it off. So he's hot! No one can do anything about it! I am married 10 years and have a crush on this local tv anchor. .. HE IS HOT! I wouldn't do anything about it. Back to your situation. . .he knows you like him. Worse case senerio. . .what IS the worst case senerio? Blow it off, and maybe when they break up, he'll come over and say hi!!

Life doesn't end. You will have a dozen more embarrassing moments like this and you'll realize that you are the only one that is worrying about it. Just go to school like normal, and try to look as hot as ever.

Trust me that's one of the least most embarrassing things that can happen to you, I'm guessing your in a lower grade, right? like 7 maybe? ...anyway I once fainted for 5 seconds then threw up because I had a REALLY bad hangover(i didn't feel to bad till about 10 seconds before I fainted), in church... being a volunteer waitress in the church hall basement...that sucked, but i got over it :)

Don't worry about it and go to school. It's not the end of the world. It's nowhere near bad or embarrassing. If you don't go to school, you'll seem like an insecure girl.

Just say it was a joke, you didn't want to reveal who you really liked, so you just picked some random person. It's not that big of a deal. Good Luck!
