It was a 1 year subscription and it still had a couple of months left how can i get it back. Please help me i am really pissed.

I've reinstalled Norton antivirus on a number of systems and the subscription always restarted a new year except in one case where the person had a 2 year subscription and it picked up where it left off.
Did you lose your subscription or did you lose your original install disk?

We did a system restore on a computer last year. We reinstalled the Norton we had, and just re-entered the number off the sticker. It actually started our subscription over from day one! Try it. You have nothing to lose.

the restore might have removed one of nortons updates. contact symantec.
