Just like that. Tell her, "You're nasty and you honestly can't think that that looks good. Eww!" It'll hurt her feelings, but hey, you're just being honest. And, if you don't do it, someone else will.

Tell her to please stop wearing clothes that don't fit her cause she looks like a cow and if she wants to wear tube tops and mini skirts tell her to lose some weight cause it makes everyone want to throw up what they just ate. Be honest cause I think she would rather hear it from her own sister than from some other person.

You could go shopping with her and help her pick out clothes that look good on her, telling her that she looks nice in this or that.
I had an acquaintance in hs who would wear tight clothes at least a size too small for her and thougt guys would come up to her to hit on her. A friend of mine pointed out to me that these guys were laughing at her, wondering why she couldn't see that her clothes obviously didn't fit her.
You could also work out with her or try to improve her eating habits by joining in eating the fruits or vegetables (no fun, I know.)

tube tops eh? Oh boy you do need to tell her something...unless you are very thin that does not look good on anyone. Tell the people at What Not to Wear about her and they will set her straight! Sounds like she needs it...

Walk up to her and tell her that she should dress classier than what she has been. Ask her to go shopping with you some time. Tell her that men won't want to look at her in a positve way when she dresses like that and she is giving big girls a bad name.

Click a bunch of Polaroids of her, then tell her your going to give them to everyone you both know. Chances are she'll say no. Then you ask her why? is it because she possably knows how ridiculous she looks in her clothes. When she swears that's not why then say good then ill just go hand these out then. She'll figure it out

You must accept & love your sister disregarding her weight, fashion sense or choice of cloths. However if you would like to help her perhaps taking a video of her will support your point. Allow her to watch same video together & discuss it with her.

take a picture of her and enlarge it. I was obese 280 at 5ft 2. then I had gastric bypass now I weigh 160 and actually look thinner and feel great - the best thing I ever did for myself.

you're her sister, so it's okay that you tell her the truth, better hear from you than someone else. If she still thinks she looks good wearing something like that with the body size, then someone will tell her eventually.

um.....tell your sister that u heard some ppl laughing at her clothes?
OR(if u r a nice sis)
say that u want to take her shopping and update her wardrobe. get rid of the trashy stuff and go to Torrid(they've got plus sizes) and pick out her clothes when u go shopping.
