I feel the same way sometimes. It is when you feel like you have done that one right thing yet nobody acknowledges it. It is even taken negatively that would start a series of unfortunate events for you.
Yeah, that sucks, feeling like you have never done anything right.
But let's look at the brighter side of the situation. Always bear in mind that everything happens for a reason and it is always to your advantage.
Just do the thing you believe is right. You'll never know when people will see your effort and when they finally do, I assure you, they will value you more than you thought you are worth of.

Make the best out of that 1 thing that is good. Stay focus on the good. Get involved with positive people. Read positive books (the Bible). When your focus is changed, change will always happen.

Sometimes I feel the same way. We all have are good days and then a lot of bad days. I just keep praying to God to help me accept things that I can not change and keep trying my best to do good for others.

There are probably fifteen good things that happened that you took for granted and didn't see them as such. Waking up everyday is a good thing.. there ya go.. you have seven good things this past week alone.

I think that is life. I believe I have the same problem. So sorry can't help you but wish I could so I wouldn't have this unfortunate problem.
