You don't need to tell anyone your sexuality when you first meet them. Hetero's don't go around introducing themselves and say "BTW, I'm straight." As you form friendships with people, it will come up eventually in the conversation. As far as meeting people, does your high school have a gay/straight alliance club? Many high schools do. There are also groups for teens that are gay and lesbian that you could look in to.

I would try something like this,, " Hi my name is Panther and I cant stand them boys, so naturally I am lesbian, and I am very glad to meet you, (heres (your) number) ", or if nothing else,, just be honest,,, theres nothing at all to be scared about, Imagine being a guy in high school and trying to deal with reality of being very Bi-curious,,, oh and wait theres more,, and a CrossDresser,, In high school and being a Bi-curious CrossDresser, and either keeping secrets, or trying to figure out how and who to tell, ? Naw,, I just kept my secrets to myself, wasnt easy at times feeling like I was the ONLY guy on earth feeling the way I did then,, that was in 1978 ,,,

if people are your real friends they will accept you if you just say, i'm a lesbian. if they don't they're not worth knowing. My friend is bi and she met a lot of girls at an underage club in the city.
