I bruised my knee ice skating...I wanna heal it without my parents knowing...it is pretty bad....my gym teacher used to be a sports doctor so should i ask him what to do???

You should ask him what to do if its that bad you need to tell someone if it is not your parnets!!!

yes bubt he will pry tell you parents and you should probally tell them anywase they can pry help

cold packs, tell parents,better that way so they get you to doc.
