The shirt is 100% cotton and I would like to know which solvent should I use to erase the stain without damaging the shirt.
The ink is from a pen and I guess it is organic.

Spray with hairspray (the stain) blot with tissue, redo till stain is gone.

I have successfully removed many ink stains (from pens) from clothing using hairspray. I just spray the inkstain with hairspray and launder as usual. I haven't found it to damage the garment at all.

Hair spray removes ink. Use the pump spray kind, though, not the aerosol. When you have all the ink out, throw the shirt in the washer to remove the hair spray. :-)

you have some alternatives. you may soak it in Biz Non-chlorine Activated Bleach, you need to use Zout stain remover, you need to use finished capability daybreak dishwashing cleansing soap, you may rub it with Fels Naptha laundry cleansing soap or you additionally could make your man or woman oily stain remover: a million tablespoon gycerin a million tablespoon liquid dishwashing cleansing soap 8 tablespoons of water

Try dousing it with Final Net hairspray - the kind in a pump bottle.

Hairspray is the usual solution. if you have no luck with that, then try 2parts water and 1 part Alcohol. after that wash with bleach, if the fabric says so.

inmerge the stain in boiling milk as many times as necesary... change milk because it becomes dark.
