Considering the performance of both goalies recently, the obvious choice is Huet. In his last 11 starts he's stopped 94% of shots against him, a gaa of 2.35, save percentage of 925, with a record of 5-2-3. Aebischer has been pulled in his last 2 starts. 8 goals allowed in his last 2 starts, and he's stopped 89% of shots against him. No such thing as 2 no.1 goalies. It will never work!

I'd say give Abby another shot to finalize Guy's decision. I would pick Huet as our no.1 goalie though. But, I think it's fair to give Aebischer another chance.

I think that he should give him another chance. Each goalie will have an off night. Huet might have an off night and they might have to play him. If one goalie is having a real off night then they should switch them. You are allowed to do that, only most coaches are too dumb to realize it. We do it (our coaches for our hockey team), they are not afraid to do it. People will be mad but they will get over it eventually. And they won't complain if they win. And if they lose then good luck the next night.

I think he should be given another chance. I feel he is just as good as Huet.

Abby has been shaky his last couple of starts and Huet has been solid so I think Guy should keep rotating them until one of them really steps it up.(maybe gets a couple of shut-outs)

Huet is still pretty hot. However, he is not mastered. Once he cools off Abby will get his shot.

Go with Abby!

I don't know about you but I'd rather have a goalie who has had more then one season as the clear cut number one, compared to a guy who only has half a season as a starter.

Huet in my books is a flash in the pan, where as Abby is clearly the better goalie, postionally, and technically.

Guy should do whats best for the team, and play Abby.

He should trade him and Ryder to the Leafs for Telquist.
