Brand doesnt matter, especially if you are looking at $50 or less, including a 450w psu. Just make sure that all your drives will fit in there, and do not push into the mobo.

the $50 for a 450 its what going to be hard. Case is kinda just a style thing.
Most good cases have lots of fan slots... Good for if your planning on more upgrade in future. Keeping your components cool will prolong life.
