This is really an interesting question. I am a big fan of both. They are two of the most influential and interesting bands of all time. If I had to pick one and only one, I would have to say the Beatles. They were the biggest band on earth. They were bigger than Jesus. They were able to totally reinvent themselves as musicians and still put out great music. They had a lot of innovation in recording styles throughout their careers. Listen to when they start out, with the 4 track recordings, then 8 and onto 16. The Beatles are the only band that could get away with playing like a 27 minute concert at Shea Stadium in Ny. Lastly, the entire country still mourn and pay tribute to John Lennon on the day of his death. Most people don't even know when John Bonham died.

They are both good in their respective category of music. It's long overdue for the Beatles music to be retired. Zeppelin still ROCKS!!!!!!!

They are completely different;
The Beatles were "pop".
Led Zeppelin was a "Blues" band.

I respect them both...

That is like asking which is better the sky or the sea. You can't live without both.
