It's best you choose nude colours and use it as minimal as possible..Use a foundation and face powder that suits your tone exactly.I suggest you used Loreal's True Match because its foundations and powders match every skin tone and the best I've ever used.
I encouraged you to use blue eyeshadow to match your eyes but make sure you use it minimally. Use pale colour lipstick like soft pink. Add mascara to bring out those pretty eyelashes naturally.
Voila! A natural look.

skip the lipstick, use a light pink gloss. Lipstick is too cakey...anyway, put a little foundation for blemishes. Don't got any? skip the foundation. use mascara on your top lashes if you want to, and use your fingers to get the clumps out. skip the blush, use a neutral eye shadow. and, if you really need it, only put a thin line of eyeliner on the bottom of your lids, and smudge them.

it depends on how old you are. if you're around 13-14 or younger, it's hard to not look like a whore in makeup. don't apply foundation unless you absolutely have to. keep neutral shades on your eyes, taupes and ivory's. use a brown or brown/black mascara, and chapstick (not lipstick or odd and really shiny lipgloss.

go with natural colors not dark or colors that stick out. instead of lipstick use lipgloss, a color you can barley notice. and instead of blush use natural toner it will give your skin a nice warm feeling without making you look weird
