Yes it does. It is called Wicca, and it is a religon. However no wiccan I know flies on broomsticks, stirs a cauldron or any of that sort of thing. "To be a Witch is to be a healer, a teacher, a seeker, a giver, and a protector of all things." This is a quote from a website with tons of info on Wicca. Furthermore do not be scared of exploring others beliefs because others tell you they are satanic, find out for yourself.

Many people practice Wicca, or the art of white magic, which is based on nature worship and rituals. There is nothing sinister about it. Check out Wikipedia for a description. There are satanists out there but this is not what true witchcraft is about. Witches have been much aligned and persecuted over the ages due to ignorance and paranoia.

It has nothing to do with Satan. Witchcraft and Satanism are not the same thing. Witchcraft is all around because people are using it. Whether it works? It's up to the people doing it. In true Wiccan, you can't make anyone do anything - you can only make yourself more receptive to this or that.

To the people who practice it, it is very real and is everywhere! There are a little in every town in every state. Even way up here in northern Maine I know a college professor and his wife who believe they practice it and they have friends from all around who accompany their beliefs.....

Depends what you mean by witchcraft.
- If you mean people flying around on brooms.. no they don't exist. - If you mean people who practice the religion of "witchcraft", yes people do practice their religious beliefs under that name.
I have known people whose mental health did not benefit from fooling around with witchcraft and/or the occult. Is is best for people to leave that stuff alone, in my humble opinion.
