how do you keep eyeliner from smudging

It's hard because of where you apply the eyeliner it's almost inevitable for it to smear. The eyeliner I use is pretty good on staying on my eyelid. Maybe you should try it out. I use Black Onyx, Cover Girl Perfect Point Plus.

i really love MAC fluidline it does NOT budge u need somthing oil based to get it off and for pencils MAC powderpoints are really good and the rimmel waterproof eyeliners

Put on concealer and loose powder before you apply any eye makeup and it will hold longer.
