Vietnam is the host of the APEC conference. APEC is Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation of which the USA is a member.

This and Vietnam joining the WTO all stem from the fact that Vietnam has organised its economy and is now a serious export player. Bush wants to open Vietnam's even-higher-than-China growth rate to American investors for their profits.

WTF girl!!!??? U must be trippin or somin.
Bush never went to veitnam.
That was in like 50's.
Bush is in iraq and it aws Clintons fualt he started it.
Also they actuelly attked us first.
