I think it is Kumar Sangakkara - a product of Trinity College, Kandy, he seems most comfortable with the language.
Rahul Dravid, from St. Jospeh’s Boys High School, and graduated from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore would be next on my list.
Anil Kumble, a Mechanical Engineering at R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore also has decent command over the language.
