most likely fire u but dependin on if ur close with the boss an u explained to them why an maybe the'll have sympathy but if ur boss is mean an dont like u then you'll get fired right then an there

You are likely to be fired instantly. However, it depends on how serious your lie is.
If you are a good worker and your employer is willing to give you a second chance, you should tell your manager the whole truth about what you had lied.
