a great many people can not interpret body language. i have noticed that people get upset when you don't say hello. they fail to realize that this can be done in many different ways. this can be done by a simple look, hand jestores, a nod, and etc. the point is that they want to be noticed, but sometimes it is impolite to interrupt. when someone is drifting, "as in thought" in is kind to leave them be unless it is necessary to interrupt their train of thought. when someone does have disturbing thoughts it is usual obvious. they most likely will be irritable or short tempered.
at times that i am busy and determine to complete the task before me, other tend to believe that i am furious. when i am board or relaxed they mistakenly think that i am depressed. i believe that many people do not have the experience to read body language, or do not look at the signs before them. they may impose their own feelings upon you.

Everyday.
I've been told that I either appear stuck up or quiet by the way I act, and I surprise 'em every time.
Then there's the issue of the fact that I walk "weird".... as if "I'm determined" or "have somewhere to go"... pssh, it's bananas. Body language can be so misconstrued.

Yeah for some reason people tend to think I'm mad or upset when I'm really just trying to figure something out. And (this really pisses me off), some of the guys at work seem to think I'm easy or available even though I've never slept/screwed around!!!! Even though I've been separated from my husband nearly 3 yrs, I've NEVER cheated on him & won't untill we're divorced!!

Happens to me all the time. I am becoming more myopic (near-sighted) every day so I am almost perpetually squinting. Many people think I am angry, or miserable, or whatever. I just sigh and say I need new glasses. Then they ask, why'd you sigh, are you mad at me? And I could go on all night with examples, but I won't.

I tend to stand with my arms crossed which some people take as a defensive stance. I do it out of habit because I'm usually cold all the time so my arms are crossed to keep me warm!

Yes , they do.
I wore braces on both legs when I was a child.
All through my life I have been told that I walk like I want to fight.
I do not want to fight I am just walking.
It does get annoying sometimes but I have just accepted that it is just the way it is.

Yes, when I'm mad, people think I'm mellow. I have absolutely no expression and practically ignore everyone who says a word. Well, they come up and just start trying to get me to laugh. That's when I am thinking "You're gonna die!!!"

Yes I'm a very closed up person. People tend to think that I'm unapproachable.
