I use Oxy Clean. Personally I hate the commercials, but I was compelled to try it. Having cronic nosebleeds (more than ten a month), I was getting tired of sleeping on sheets with bloodstains all over them, so I tried Oxy Clean. It worked miraculously, and even got out a lot of the set-in stains. Oxy Clean is basically just Hydrogen Peroxide, I believe, but I there must be some other magical chemical because I had tried the Hydrogen Peroxide before.
Good luck! Hope it come out!

How do you wash your panties with a period stain??
Get a basin of cold water and soak the shirt overnight. Then rinse it in cold water the next day.. and scrub the shirt against itself in your hands under the pouring water. The stain should come out.. if not, just add it to your white laundry (with a stain killer rubbed on it) while it's still wet. When wash is done... you should end up saying, what stain! good luck.

This may work: try mixing dish soap (liquid) with hydrogen peroxide. Pour it on the stain, let it soak in. You may have to do this a few times. Give it a scrub, then launder as usual. I haven't tried this with blood, but it did take red wine out of a cotton shirt. good luck!

Soak the area that has blood with hydrogen peroxide for about a 1/2 hour then wash it with detergent and bleach.

Soak it in oxiclean. Just use a cup or so and make sure the water is hot as possible (make sure to mix the 2 together). The wash as usual. Don't put it in the dryer afterwards if you don't know if it will shrink because the dryer might shrink & set it.

Try peroxide first since it is less harsh than bleach, if the peroxide doesn't work rinse it well then use bleach. It will turn darker before it fades, be patient and rinse well once the stain is gone. Good Luck!

Rub the stain with bar soap and cold water, and then rub gently with your fingernail. Works every time, on every color and fabric, as long as you get to the stain fairly soon. It has none of the drawbacks of bleach. As with any treatment, test on a small, hidden area first.. although bar soap and cold water would have to be one of the mildest treatments and the least risk of any.

Soak it in cold water good and then wash it. This is a rule I have used for years...and it works.
