Ethnicity has nothing to do with being a pharmacist. However, there are many ethical issues. You have to maintain customer privacy because of HIPPA. What do you do if there is a married couple, and one of them is HIV positive, but doesn't want the spouse to know. Then you find out the spouse has been sabotaging the birth control measure. What do you do?
A pharmacist has to be very well organized, and must keep up to date on the literature.
The two big professional organizations are American Pharmacist Association and the American Society for Health-System Pharmacists.
Malpractice insurance is normally covered by your employers. However, you can pay for private insurance, and it is relatively inexpensive. It's only a few hundred a year.

ethnicity doesn't matter......speaking Spanish is getting increasingly important though. Did you mean ETHICAL issues?

Personal employment skills? If you've got a license.....your in!

There are many organizations for Pharmacists. What you belong to depends largely on where you work.

Malpractice is not required for most pharmacists. Depending on where you work it is actually forbidden. When I did some 'temp work' back in the 90's for extra hours. It cost about 200 dollars per year. So I'd imagine it's probabl;y double that by now.

Ethnicity does not involved to become a pharmacist,it has no impacts being a pharmacist.Pharmacist is a professional.Customer relationship is important factor..Health care provider-I mean Medical practitioners associations-if you make a mistake dispensing a wrong medication. When you're a pharmacist, you are on a net work with many many insurance companies. If you find a similar person name- you can debit to his/her insurance company and accept some cash from the patient in returns. This way you makes money.
