I love the name also. It is short for Mackenzie.

How about Kenzie Shae or Kenzie Shaleigh?

Good luck and congrats

Personally I would give her a full name and just her Kenzie....I like McKenzie and Kennedy.

I have a short version of a popular name and I have always hated it. Every time I fill out paper work or tell someone my name they always ask its just that not ______. I hate it. I say let her have that option for later in life.

I like Kenzie, but I would give her the option of a longer more professional name, such as Mackenzie. This way you could call her Kenzie and if she were ever a business woman or something, she would also sound professional.

That's a really cute name!!! My friend's name is Mackenzie, and goes by both Mack and Kenzie, but just Kenzie alone is really really really cute too!!

Kenzie reminds me of Kermit for some reason.
And also when I think of the name I imagine a girl with spiked hair and dark lipstick-rebellious type. And I agree with the other post. It sounds like a name of a rock person.

How about Kendra instead? A Very beautiful girl who went to my school was named Kendra. She was also into gymnastics.

I like it but it seems like a nickname rather than a name, name. I feel like she will be asked "oh, what is it short for?" her entire life. How about Mackenzie? and call her Kenzie? or Mckenna or Kennedy maybe....
