Yes, many places [incl Lenscrafters] sell colored contacts.
They are pricey though-- usually about $20 [if you're lucky] - $50 [online price ...] dollars a pair. Doctors may need to give you a little check on your eyes before wearing to see if you qualify. You probably need to be over 18-- it's not over the counter things. I hear that contacts on the long run may degrade your eyes a little so I would consider just staying with your eye color :).

Yes, true. Why change your eye color? But if you really want, lens crafters does have really colored contacts. I would suggest Freshlook or Acuve. Just remember to always try a trial pair for at least a week and see which ever one's are best for your eyes. And according to what skin tone you are, you should pick a color that matches. Go to freshlook.com, they have people of different skin tones wearing different colors. And I'm not sure about the whole deal with bein older than 18 to purchase them, I just know that my dad buys them for me. Sorry! Have fun choosing one and good luck!

No you don't need to be over 18..A couple of my friends have them and they're 13..
Colored contacts that i know are Freshlook color blends, which don't do anything to your vision, they simply give color to your eyes.
Applying contacts is actually quite easy once you got the hang of it, it's not dangerous or anything. For more info, you should probably go to your local optical shop or visit this website (about freshlook contacts) www.freshlookcontacts.com/html/palette.shtml
GOODLUCK

yes, you can get them even if your eyes are perfect. Yes, you can get them at lenscrafters, or just about any optometrists. In order to get them, you have to be fitted for them to see what size your eyes are. I'm pretty sure you have to be 18 or have a parent with you cause of the exam. It's a medical procedure. But I would double check.

oh yes, you can get it at any optical office but you need a PRESCRIPTION first, so they need to check you up first... even if you dont have any vision problems... the prescription they wil give you is usually good for a year... if you want a cheap one, here in los angeles, ca they sell it "over-the-counter" (not really know how safe) but its really really cheap, and i have been using them for years ( ihave no eye problems too) so that will skip the doctor appt and all the extra fee that would be approx $200 plus the actual contacts...
