Well all 9th graders are annoying. lol No but for real i was playing. Anyway just try to act older or more mature and if that if just your personality then who cares because i am annoying too but i just hang around people who can handle my strong but beautiful personality.

be quiet and speak when your being spoken to. quite people aren't annoying at all, its always the talkative ones that are always in your face and find things to bug you about. I'm not saying that's you, but just saying from experience that's what i consider an annoying person to be.

Think before you speak. Stop and breathe deeply before you do something unusual. Be as annoying as possible when alone to get it out of your system.
