im at 269 right now and 28 weeks along. Is this your first pregnancy????? ususally with the first you tend to not feel movement as early as you do with following pregnancies. Usually around 20 weeks you will start to feel "quickening" -which are the butterfly type kicks etc and then the farther along you get the harder the kicks get and then the more you can feel/see your baby moving inside of you. I didnt feel my daughter until i was around 20 weeks and with this pregnancy i felt some quickening at 15-16 weeks.....
Congrats on your pregnancy.. just beware of the evil "doubly belly" thing-- it sucks =(
hehe

usually around 4 months or 16 weeks is when you will feel butterflies but all babies are different you can feel them before or after this time period. I loved that feeling i took video of my baby moving around inside my belly at the end of my pregnancy its very cool.

well you might start feeling them around the 20th week, could be before and could be after that. I didn't even feel butterflies he just kicked me really hard the very first time. I imagine how excited you can be. My man is a gyn/obs so if you want to know anything else you can e-mail me.

Women who are not "larger" usually don't feel movement until 16-20 weeks, but being "larger", it may take you a little longer, unfortunately.

There is no way you can be healthy with 300 pounds, I don't care what the doctor says, you have to watch your weight now and you should NOT gain any weight. With you being so big, you might not even see your pregnant belly, I felt my baby move at 14 weeks and at 28w my belly makes waves all over, but i dont think you will be able to see yours.
