An 11" tire on a 12" rim, the tire is so much bigger than the rim it cannot be made to hold air. I knew someone that got a 14" tire on a 15" rim once. It had to be removed with a power saw.

The rim length could be as much as 17" which could be risk-free and the optimal profile could be a R35 with the tire width of 225 Cm's this is the superb you're able to do with a inventory chassis and engine yet be warned the trip could no longer be a Toyota Corolla and of direction you may ought to diminish the motor vehicle profile too so as to maintain it stable, a stable theory could be to place in a sway bar on the suspension
