With another person or yourself?...just kidding. I would say place a bandage over the stitched wound, lay on your back and enjoy each other. Just make sure you are not whacking your head against the headboard of the bed though as the wound could reopen. Also possible concussion could occur which would be more severe than the original stitches!!

"male suffered a sever wound to forehead" ...means you are probably still in the hospital. I say find the prettiest nurse in the hospital and ask her how she feels about sex!

At least until the stitches come out. You really should ask your doctor. Infection there would not be a good thing. If you must do it before they recommend, use a condom.
