How do you rent now? all the landlords first look for credit check. Those who had constructed House or Apartment bldg will like to rent out,by offering a selected terms,One month free rent or something like that so if they rent it out, they could look for another property development.Say to day you have a good credit..what if after renting if your points goes to lower level-Is the Landlord going to force you to vacant the apartments.

Where I am located, a lot of people do their own property management and have no way to do a credit check. Most individual owners will not do credit checks. As for no deposits... those people are FOOLS!!

I used to have rentals (I didn't do credit checks, either) and man, if you got one bad renter, it ate up that whole deposit just fixing the place. But renters are bad or good independant of their credit.

Good luck.
