Like I got to go pee and I have the runs and I don't even know I am going to. Why is this happening? I am not pregnant, I have been under lots of stress, I have not been able to eat for 5 days now...please help. I have no insurance right now.

A lot of stress can cause irritable bowel symptoms, like severe runs and/or constipation. Try some stretching, a warm bath or just try to relax before falling asleep. Stress can impact your period cycle and your intestinal tract. I usually more warm easily digestable foods when stress hits me. Try some warm rice, brown or white...

P.s. when you do get insurance, get a check up with the gyno!

You have to eat! Drink lots of fluids so you don't get dehydrated. Stick with a diet of Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast for the next few days. (BRAT) Yogurt can also help.

Try Imodium as per the recommended dosage.

I think the two things are unrelated. Your period is probably messed up due to stress. The diarrhea may be a virus or bacteria on food.

If you start getting dehydrated, go to your Emergency Room. Some of the symptoms of dehydration are a sticky dry mouth, dark urine or no urine, sunken eyes, rapid pulse. Pinch the skin on the back of your hand. Does it stand up for a while or snap back into place? If it stands up you may be dehydrated. Call 911 if you get dizzy or feel confused.

5 days is usually the cut off...time to see a doctor. Can you get in somewhere and make payments on your bill? Many doctors charge less for those without health care and low incomes.

Remember, the ER can't turn you away.

If you haven't been eating, then your body is doing whatever it can to run itself.
That means using up whatever it can find, and what's left could give you the runs.
You might have a mild digestive infection causing this - your best solution is to eat natural yogurt with live bacterial culture in it.
And yes, stress can cause some amazing things to happen.
First step is to do whatever necessary to reduce your stress and get your body healthy again.
The next step is to eat, girl. Good healthy food (no junk food, that just causes your body more stress) and lots of water.
And see about a free clinic in your area and get some blood tests done to make sure everything is okay.

Go to the store and buy stool thickener. I know you can't go to the doctor but you may have an infection that cannot be treated at home. Don't you guys in the states have non for profit std clinics? I f there is one in your area, i would go to it. also try cereal, with bran in it. Or go to the store and buy a kit to flush your system. Herbal remedies help also.

I would advise you to go see your gynecologist. It's a sign of Endometriosis, or the presence of fibroids, when you're coming on in between your regular periods. Not only that...if you're in your mid-late 30s you could be ready to go into early or pre-menopause. Stress definitely can be the cause, and sometimes women DONT have a period due to stress. But to be on the safe side, you should see your gynecologist immediately.

This time of year there is so many different flu/cold bugs going around it is possibly just a bug you have caught. As far as you having a period off schedule is not uncommon. Your body goes through changes.

yes and yes. it could be that you are kind of menstruating, but if blood is bright red, it might be hemorrhoids, which also appear with stress. if you have to pee a lot you might have an infection, so you might need antibiotics or at least something over the counter for bladder infection...

It is probably from excessive use of birth controll...or maybe you have an STD. Birth control medications destroy the natural chemical balance in your body and can cause serious health issues, especially if used for a long period of time.
