NO. Unless they are FBI or CIA, they cannot! All they can do is trace your country and at most your ISP. For you details they will have to contact your ISP, which im sure will not provide the information unless they are authorized.

actually there might be some good hackers that could find it out through the phone company but i doubt it, just ignore them the only way they can is if you have any back doors on your PC through viruses or possible third party applications but rare
