Will the ever come out with a Starcraft 2?

Question

I was hooked on Starcraft and Broodwar and would like to see a second Starcraft come out one day.

I think it was cool compared to other games because it could be changed around so easy by map makers.

I'm sure Blizzard could probably make it awesome with present day computer speeds and graphics.

Starcraft would also make a good cartoon, I'm sure people that have never played it would like the cartoon also.

I play all the blizzard games, but the one I'm really awaiting anxiously is a Diablo 3. starcraft was fun, but some of those missions are just dragging through the same stretched resources, fight, build more crap, take another ***pounding, restart.

hahahha at least from the graphics i felt i earned death when diablo would burn me up :) i do like the fact the they keep putting patches out there on products that have been out forever to try to make them more interesting for a repeat play.

I've read some stuff about it in the past and Blizzard is considering it but they are working on other things at the time.
They have put a lot of time and energy into Diablo and Ghost, but they canceled Ghost for some reason.
Starcraft was a cool game with people all over the world playing it, Koreans are the best.

Starcraft was good. I think Blizzard would need to introduce some new races, like they did in Warcraft, to keep the franchise going and to make it more interesting. Maybe they are just too busy with Starcraft Ghost at the moment but who knows.
