Everyone gets angry -- Gandhi and Mother Teresa as well as Hitler and the guy who throws his computer out of the cube. You can't be responsible for being anger.

What you CAN -- and in a civilized world, MUST -- be responsible for is how you EXPRESS anger. To some extent it's situational rather than personal -- if you're at a baseball game it's practically expected to yell at the umpire when he makes a call that costs your team an advantage, while if you're in an all-hands meeting at work it's probably a career-limiting move to jump to your feet and yell "String up that dog-bone fuzzle-whizzing CEO by his icicles!" no matter how much he deserves it.

And of course... the REAL answer is that people in power get to show anger; people out of power don't.

To feel anger is normal, to show anger depends on the situation.
Sometimes, it is the thing to do;
Sometimes, it is NOT the thing to do;
Mostly, it is better not to show if it will cause more tension or even worsen the situation..... Common sense is the guide....

It is acceptable for anyone to say they are angry. It may or may not be acceptable to raise your voice depending on the culture and social setting you are in. It is NOT acceptable to destroy other's property, kill, or do violent things because you are angry. It is BEST if you can use your anger constructively to improve the condition of the world and people in it.
