There are several answers to this, and you're not gonna like some of them.
1. You can probably get into most top colleges with those scores. To a certain extent, it will depend on factors besides grades and SAT scores. However, I'm betting you can get into any number of top-caliber colleges.
2. Once you get into college, there is a 95% chance that you'll change your major. Just remember that. Choose a college where you fit in as well as one where they have a good "business" dept.
3. Most of the world's top business people don't have a college degree. Certainly most don't have any "business" degree. Aside from going on to an MBA degree (which isn't advisable until you're moving up in the corporate world) I don't see any special advantage in that degree.
4. Most of what you study for the first 2 years of college will be stuff like "dead Greek poets" and "Medieval Art Appreciation" classes.
5. Most importantly (and I have a BA from an "elite" college, top-25 in some surveys), no one will care what college you went to nor what your grades were once you've gotten your first after-college job.

Check with your state universities. I'm in Ohio and recommend Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
