I am 17.I have a stay away from my bestfriend and boyfriend by the court. It is a condition of my probation. I will be on probation even after I am 18. Will I be able to communiate with them again without getting in trouble once I am 18?

There's no way i cant fight it? get rid of it when im 18? cant i hire a laywer? what would i have to do?

you probably got probation instead of jail time, but that is contingent on you keeping your "bargain" to stay away from them and have no contact. if you are caught communicating w/them in any way in person, phone, fax, email, etc the probation will become null and void and you will be remanded in the jail for the suspended sentence time.

You have to obey the terms of your probation until your probation is complete.

If the no contacts are terms of your probation, you can NOT contact them in anyway. If you do, you will be revoked and in trouble.
