I always deliver! Due to the fact I have been let down far too many times, so I make a point of making good on mine!

Without a doubt, yes. My intention is to never make promises I can't deliver on but if I say I'll do something, I do it. Otherwise, your word is really not worth much and that's so much a question of trust which is ultimately a measuring stick on your credibility as a friend and a human being. Really important.

If you promise something I feel you need to do everything that you can to deliver. A promise is a promise and you should not give your word lightly.

Most of the time..I typically try not to promise but sometimes I over promise so I guess 50/50

yes i keep to every promise i make i have yet to make a promise and not keep it, but thats just because i am an honest person even if it somthing bad against me i will keep to the honest truth. if i cant keep a promise and i know before i make it i will change the text so it benifits both of us equally.

If you are man/woman enough to say you promise, you should always follow through with it.
I try to always keep my word.
