If you want to be a Jedi there is a church in England just for you! The sent a letter to the UN asking for recognition. Check the BBC for more info about church, as far as level 2 goes, keep answering questions.

you come to level 2 when you have about 500 points, and level 3 when you have 1,500 points. you might become a jedi, 1 out of a 1,000,000,000,000,000 chances, but you might.

You just need to keep asking questions and dont ask em else it eats into your points..
as for the jedi promise its rubbish! i sat here for hours getting to level 2 and the jedi promise is fullfilled at level 3 (or so they say!!!)
