Some times you will some times you won't.
But not to try because of the uncertainty of the out come is the perfect way to become stagnant and never progress any farther then you have. and thats just a waste

yes. i believe it is so. unless its making someone fall in love with yyou, it might take more than just persistance, maybe money?.
