Lately I've been having lot of problem with few things such as getting doctor appointment, getting new identify card at DMV, registering for college, and other things.
I've had several appointments cancelled because the interpeteran didn't show up. Also I doesn't like to have a interpeteran at all! 8 out of 10 time they're someone who pass only basic sign lanaguage class and hardly can communication on complex level. Also they tend to mess up the consveration like this one time I ask the person who do all registrating thing at college "Will me being from Nevada affect anything?" My interpeteran was obiviously very confused and when she interpeter what the person answer was it turn out to be "We don't have any studying program in Canada" Of course I walk out.
Most interpeteran are a bunches of idiots with serious power trip and esteem issue who want to be savior for deaf world. They also act like if they have to hold my hand, hand feed me, and treat me like

a child. They also always try to become my friend which I doesn't like at all! If I dare to question them, the agent will send me a bunches of angry letter and demand apologizes and other things.
I'm a 22 years old guy, I've been oversea by myself numberous of time, I can write and read few lanaguages flutently. I don't trust most interpeteran out there and doesn't like them as a person at all.
I would like to file a law suit if someone try to make me communication through interpeteran instead of paper and pen. Is this possible at all?

What a bunches of idiots here. I guess none of you ever heard about being professional. I hate it when people steps out of line and try to be friend with me. They're hired to do the job then go home and nothing more. I don't want to get know to them. I perfer them to keep their opinion and life to themselve.
Also the mistake they make are way worse than mine in english. Tell me how the hell someone could make a such mistake as I show above? That's why I perfer to communication by paper and pen.

You can't be serious, you want to sue someone for trying to help you communicate with the world? I know it can be frustrating, but sheesh, nobody is perfect. So, they misunderstood...that is okay, just clarify. And, I don't think it is such a bad thing that they try to treat you nicely...hell, I wish people went out of their way to treat me w/ kid gloves. If you have a problem w/ a particular person's attitude, just let them know...like anyone would. They are just trying to be helpful. What's is so bad about somebody feeling good about helping you and other people with disablities....geez, is that such a bad thing? How would you prefer them to feel and how would you prefer to be treated? With a cold shoulder? I don't know if you have a case, but with the way the world works, you probably would--thanks for driving up my tuition/medical bills, etc b/c of your frivolous lawsuit.

I don't understand why you are so bitter, but I am pretty sure that you can only sue someone for NOT providing you with an interpreter. You don't have to use the interpreter if you'd rather use paper and pen, and if the interpreter doesn't show up, you shouldn't have to cancel. I highly doubt that you are being FORCED to use an interpreter, I do think that people find using an interpreter faster and easier than writing everything.
You have the right to whatever communication you prefer, but unlike with an interpreter, you don't have to plan to use a pad and paper, so just use it.

I don't think anyone can force you to use an interpreter.
I don't think you should get mad at people for having trouble interpreting for you since you are obviously not fluent in English, at least not while typing. Your grammar and spelling are poor, plus you are using words that don't even exist. There is a spell check function here. You could also use Microsoft Word, which has spell and grammar check functions, then cut and paste it here.

Just read austigirl's answer. I could not have said it better myself. You are carrying a VERY LARGE CHIP on your shoulder. Get rid of it and try to accept the help these folks are trying to give you. OH and by the way take an English course.
