The key ingredient for me would have to be the freshness, more than the type of donut. A donut that is still warm... that's the best type of donut. For Halloween, my brother organized a Halloween festival at the community center for underprivileged kids where he works. There was an awesome haunted house, and someone dressed up as a witch outside making donuts in a big black kettle. They were just simple sugared donuts, but those were the best donuts I ever tasted.
