hymen is just like a transparent layer..just like a polythyne bag..Well if u wanna check ur hymen..sit in front of mirror spreading ur legs apart..using ur both hand move the labia on the two side so that u can see inside of ur vagina..well if u see a small covering on the path..something like a polythene..its ur hymen

There is no way for you to be able to tell for sure whether or not your hymen is intact, only a Doctor will be able to examine you and give you a positive answer. However if you have had sexual intercourse, or frequently take part in vigorous sports, such as bike ridding, your hymen is likely not to be intact.

You can have a gyn or gen prac. do a physical exam.
you can loose your hymen doing normal things, like stretching, horseback riding, areobics, etc, not just sex.
Other than a dr visit, there isn't a garenteed way to know.

You should be able to see it when you look down there....it's not inside the vagina, but outside...well, at the opening.

There is no way for you to know without a physical exam by a doctor - and some girls just don't have one..............really!!!!
