He is probably a bully because he suffers from abuse. He's probably not used to getting talked beck to by his 'victims'. But when you get back at him, make sure that you aren't becoming the bully yourself! However, I know revenge may seem sweet when you first get a taste of it, but never take it too far because you will come to regret it.
