if you don't have the right tools then don't do it. plus you need a good jack stand or a lift to do it. it is not an easy job to do it can take a couple of hours to do the job and do it right. and most of all you have to make sure you get the right part. you have to take the control arm off to put the new bushings in then you have to do a wheel alignment because everything will probably be off.

What bushings? Control arm? Sway bar? Strut rod? R&P mount (assuming R&P)?

If the question is "should I", sure, why not. Can't hurt.
