Yes, if there is active sperm on it from a human male. However, sperm does not live for long out in open air. To answer your question; no, vibrators do NOT produce any fluid that can impregnate a human female or mammal for that matter.

Yes, you're in real danger of having a baby vibra-human. It will have your eyes, but only be 8 inches tall. It will probably have good rhythm -- as long as you're a good parent and keep it in fresh batteries.

I have never used one and have only seen one in my whole life (I didn't know what it was LOL), however I am 200% sure that you cannot get prego from them.
