It's not the size of the rack that counts, it's how you work said rack. Only after we master this concept do we begin getting away with anything and everything. ;-)

I call this issue....The Imbalance in the Work place.
It is a gender equality issue for sure.
My Best advice is to stay cool and out of trouble.... If you are a male under 40.....You are at a disadvantage.
Take classes and graduate from college or a good Vocational school.
By the way, The Girl with the Big Rack Will eventually burn out or not progress in her profession. Big Racks will only take you so far in life........Good Luck.

Not at a good company. Companies that base decisions on rack size always end in failure. She will soon have to surrender that rack or what do you think will happen. The company starts falling apart. This company is looking at a sexual harassment suit in the making. I predict two months before the company comes up with at least $10,000 to have her go away.
