Why? Has your boyfriend been beating you? If you want to get rid of the evidence, there isn't much you can do in a short period of time. Hell of a lot easier to get rid of the cause. That will only take about 30 seconds.

Take Vitamin C 100mg two times a day, that helps you heal with the scratches and the bruises go away much faster, also use a antibiotic cream on the scratches.

There is nothing really out there that can make you get rid of them FASTER but you can use maybe vitamin E, or whatever may be causing you to bruise up and scratch you shouldnt be around.
